1. General

These terms apply to the use of themassagesuite.gr and to purchases made on this website.

By completing a purchase you accept these terms. We may change them in the future; each purchase is governed by the terms published at the time of the order.

3. Gift card

This website sells The Massage Suite gift card. Appointments are booked by phone or through Fresha.

Buying

• Choose a design and an amount from €20 to €500.
• The gift card can be a gift for someone else or for yourself. For a gift, enter the recipient’s name, email and phone number and, if you like, a personal message.
• The gift card is personal: it is issued in the recipient’s name (or yours, if it is for you) and cannot be transferred to another person.

Payment by bank transfer

• The account details appear once you place the order and are also sent to you by email.
• In the payment reference, write your order number and your last name.
• We check the transfer and, once it has been credited to our account, we complete the order and send the gift card. We will let you know by email or phone.

Delivery

We send the gift card by email, with a unique code and its expiry date. If it is a gift, it is sent to the recipient as soon as payment is confirmed or, if you set a delivery date, on the date and time you chose. If that date has already passed when payment is confirmed, it is sent straight away. If it is for you, it goes to the email address you gave in your order.

Please check the recipient’s email address before you complete the purchase. If the gift card does not arrive, contact us and we will send it again.

Validity and redemption

• The gift card is valid for two months from the date payment is confirmed, even if you schedule it to be sent later. If you schedule delivery for a later date, the recipient will have less time to use it.
• After the expiry date the gift card is no longer valid and cannot be extended.
• It is redeemable in person at our studio, for any service at The Massage Suite. Book an appointment at +30 2313 023246 or through Fresha, mention that you have a gift card and have the code with you at your appointment.
• The cost of the service is deducted from the card balance. Any remaining balance stays on the card for your next appointment, until the expiry date. If the service costs more than the balance, you pay the difference at the studio.
• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

Appointments and cancellations

Appointments booked with a gift card follow Our Policy. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel later than that or do not attend, half the cost of the treatment is charged and deducted from the gift card.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, photos, logo and gift card designs on this website belong to MASSAGE E.E. or are used with their creators’ permission. They may not be reproduced without our written permission.

5. Liability

We make every effort to keep the information on this website (services, opening hours, prices) accurate and up to date. For anything that affects you directly, such as the availability or cost of a treatment, please confirm it with us when you book. The website links to other services, such as Fresha; their own terms apply to their content.

6. Personal data

We use the buyer’s and recipient’s details only to process the order and to deliver and redeem the gift card. See our Privacy Policy (in Greek) and Cookie Policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. For any issue, please contact us first at welcome@themassagesuite.gr. If no solution is found, the courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer protection law. As a consumer, you may also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman.
